As Lunar New Year celebrations begin around the world, 2026 ushers in the Year of the Horse—a symbol of forward movement, independence, and endurance. This year ushers in the Year of the Fire Horse—a rare, blazing return that only comes once every 60 years.
25th Feb 2026–Cilantro Culinary & Pastry Academy has organized an in-house activity for students to participate in the Chinese New Year event. Students were encouraged to participate in “Chinese calligraphy writing & some games that excite them. There were some snack & drinks served during the event.
Cilantro would like to foster and encourage cultural diversity among all fellow students and staff. Sharing the experience of a festival is a way of uniting everyone and giving them a memorable experience.
