The Food & Beverage Entrepreneurship Programme is meant for those who have the passion to explore the world of food and beverage business. You will be trained to have various knowledge, skills, innovations and know-how to set up a restaurant business step by step. For example: Type of restaurant business licenses, how to create business plan, financial funding, negotiation skills, coaching skill, conflicts management and so on.
Most importantly having the right attitude towards achieving own dream of running a restaurant successfully.

2. CHUA ENG HAN – HEAD OF HOSPITALITY
He started his F&B career with one of the leading hotels in Singapore. Then he ventured into wholesale Bakery and successfully set up a business in Penang.
His passion to share his knowledge led him to training and advisory opportunities. He was the Advisor for Philea Resort, Melaka. In 2012 he set up Tourism Training institutions for Greencity College followed by HTC International Academy. Currently he is engaged with Cilantro Culinary Academy to set up Hospitality programmes such as F&B Management, F&B Entrepreneurship and Tourism programmes.
