Culinaire Malaysia has grown into one of Southeast Asia’s premier biennial culinary competitions. This year, the event return for its 17th edition from 23–26 September 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, gathering over 1,000 participants and more than 100 culinary professionals from across the globe, for four days of exceptional culinary artistry, competition, and inspiration spectacular.
Cilantro Culinary & Pastry academy has participated to showcased their burgeoning talents at the annual ‘Cooking Competition”, held on 23 to 26th September 2025 at KLCC convention centre. The competition, which aimed to discover and celebrate emerging culinary stars, provided an invaluable platform for participants to test their skills against their peers and gain exposure to industry professionals.
The contestant were students and a Chef. All of them had earned a medal and made the Academy proud, this has raised the standard and the skills taught by the school. Cilantro will strive to select and nurture young chefs whose talents will be crafted in the culinary world.
